First steps heard In the crack of dawn  Bare feet, roaming in dew In the freshly mowed lawn

Smell of coffee 

Cakes and toffee 

Dream box and Backyard walks

Sunshine and the feeling- divine

Evening falls

Fair and the game stalls

Let's win the big bear

I'll sit back you steer

Chinese takeout 🥡 

Walk downtown

Smiles and pout

And the winning crown

That little fight

In twilight

Your skin shines

In the dusk light

Paint and stories 

Taxi and lorries

Passing by

Just like the rushing times

Laughs and war

In the local bar

Strike and win

The golden twin

Messy me messy you

This can be a dream too

Deserted roads, no cars

Lay down in the grass
