THE SWEET FREEDOM

 THE SWEET FREEDOM

Ransacking every possibility and chance,

To get freedom and independently enhance;

Keeping the sense of dependency and languor in abeyance,

Nevertheless how much were they advance.

Inundation of people did rebel,

In administration of India English did meddle.

Surely they were not so trained and politically acumen,

The ruling authority was indeed inhuman.

Opprobrium of country English deserved,

Kicking them out our heritage was preserved.

Mendacious company did deceit,

But their fate was not to defeat.

English were now anathema to them,

Priority was to remove their stem.

Nation come up its time to glorify,

Officially an independent country they were to certify.
